Hardware as a Service

Find out how to never pay for a hardware refresh, broken hard drive or failed mother board again!

Some of the pain points that we have all experienced in the past, and continue to have, stem from our reliance on technology to facilitate our everyday tasks.  A new offering here at NWCS, Hardware as a Service, looks to alleviate that.  When our technology is not working, neither are we.  Let's first take a look at what HaaS (Hardware as a Service) is, then we will look at the problems that some of us have in our current model, and how HaaS can help.

Hardware as a Service enables you to secure the technology you need to run your business, but shifts the burden of managing, maintaining, and upgrading that hardware to NWCS.

How it works:

We quote you out a monthly fee for the hardware you need.  We process the order, deliver, and setup your equipment.  (Setup includes basic install of your equipment.  More detailed setups will be treated as a project and be accompanied by a scope and hourly estimate.)  We then provide you with an 800, and local number, to address any hardware issues that may come up during the life of the equipment.  Most repairs will be handled the same or the next day, up to and including replacing the entire unit If necessary.

The benefits include:

·         Low capital expense (you pay a low monthly fee)

·         Unlimited, timely hardware support

·         Free replacement of broken hardware

·         Easy billing

·         Maximum uptime for your systems

·         Planned upgrades to your hardware to keep you productive

So, how does this apply to your business?  Most of us know how much it costs our businesses month-to-month for power, healthcare, payroll, etc.; but how much does it cost for each desktop you own?  How much does your server cost you each year?  This is a harder number to pin down.  You know how much you paid for the desktop computer, and even, possibly, how much it cost to get it setup.  But how much do you spend on software upgrades, removal of virus and malware, downtime due to software and hardware issues, lost time because the machine is too slow, etc.  There are many factors which make up the cost of a computer.
