Wondering what the seasons are like in Rarotonga? Ask NWCS technician Mark Naccarato. Mark has been repairing computers and peripherals for us since 2003. Between four years in the Army and various moves Mark has lived in: Oahu, Maui, Lanai, Kahoolawe, Kauai, Rarotonga, Japan, American Samoa, the Philippines, Germany, Luxemburg, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Mexico, Canada, France and 33 out of 50 states. After living near active volcanoes in New Zealand and Hawaii, when he sees Mt. Rainier he knows he's home.
Steve Olsen graduated from the University of Washington in June 2010 with a degree in Business, and was a member of the Husky Marching Band, playing the Tenor Saxophone and still has season tickets. Steve has been at Northwest Computer Support for 5 years, and was previously working at Entre Computer Center as a jack of all trades. Steve currently leads the NWCS Managed Services Team working with monitoring, backup, networking, servers, workstations, and customer satisfaction. Steve enjoys playing an watching sports- Playing softball, golf, bowling, hiking and playing poker (future WSOP bracelet winner) -Watching College Football and Major League Baseball (Go Mariners). He also loves jazz music, spending time with friends and family, and enjoys spending time at the ocean! Steve currently resides in Renton with his girlfriend Kathy.
The man, the sales machine, the Marv. Marv's title may be Practice Lead but around here you'll hear him referred to as Marvelous, Ricky Bobby, and well Marv. Marv has been with Northwest Computer Support for 19 years! Making it a family affair his wife Mary joined NWCS 5 years ago. For Marv it's all about relationships. With Marv what you see is what you get and if it can happen for his customers he'll make sure it does. It's unlikely you'll ever see Marv without a smile on his face or out of his 'uniform'. Something you may not know about him he finished the Tacoma St. Patty's Day 5K in 22:45. Marv also went to the same high school as two other NWCS staff Ty Haner and Wayne Donaldson.
