Northwest Computer Support is introducing a new program called ‘VelocITy IT’ where you can save up to 30% off of our regular consulting rates. We understand that when times are tight businesses need to get the most value for their money so we have introduced this program on a trial basis to reduce our rates to customers who can make a regularly scheduled monthly commitment to use a dedicated consultant.

As a consulting firm one of the biggest costs to us is lost productivity. If we do not sell a consultant’s time in a month those hours are gone, there is no way to put them away and resell them next month. We would much rather have a consultant who bills for 40 hours per week at a lower rate with guaranteed work than a consultant who bills for 25 hours per week at a higher rate and does not know where their next job will come from.

Through long term consistent and predictable contracts where we reduce the idle time of our consultants we can pass these savings on to you, the customer.

How much can you save and how much do you need to commit? If you can make a commitment of using a consultant for 16, 24 or 40 hours per month for a minimum of six months, you can be eligible for 10%, 20% or even 30% discount off our regular rates. In addition, there are no travel costs with a VelocITy IT agreement and any additional work beyond the set hours will be billed at the same low rate as long as you use the same consultant named in the contract.

This is a great way to cut your effective rate you pay for our services and for us to more efficiently schedule our engineers. We have one client using this program to roll out a large SharePoint project without having a large upfront cost. A second client is using this contract to add a virtual CIO/project manager to their team at a greatly reduced rate. A third company is using these services to outsource their helpdesk. How you use the hours are up to you, you will receive the same low rate in the contract even if you go over the set number of hours.

Restrictions
