Northwest Computer Support Expanding Their Customer Base

We are expanding our customer base by bringing our customer-oriented, one-stop IT services to the Boise, Idaho area. We’ve planned a big event to announce our presence to this new market.

On March 11, Northwest Computer Support is hosting a “Technology Showcase” at the Idaho Independent Bank Building in Boise from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. For this showcase, we’ll be joining our trusted vendors, including Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Citrix, WatchGuard, Barracuda, and D-Link to put on an entire day of technology related seminars.

The conclusion of the seminar will feature a “$50,000 Extreme Technology Makeover” awarded to a lucky business who registered for the showcase and entered the contest. The prizes included in the makeover are:

Boise, Idaho

  • Hewlett-Packard G6 Server
  • Microsoft Server, including Exchange Licensing
  • Symantec Antivirus Licensing
  • D-Link GB Switch
  • Barracuda Backup Server and Offsite Storage
  • Hewlett-Packard Multi-function Printer, and Scanner
  • Hewlett-Packard Document Management Solution
  • Northwest Support Installation Services
  • Northwest Computer Support One Year of Support Services (Includes: helpdesk, network, server, security, application support and much more…)

Our CEO, James Watson is excited about the expansion. When asked about it, he said, ““I’m really looking forward to expanding into the Boise area and developing a strong, loyal customer base, just like we’ve done in Seattle. We see a lot of growth potential in the Boise area and look forward to doing business there.”

The showcase will be very similar to the seminars and lunch events Northwest Computer Support sponsors in the Seattle area for Managed Services, Hyper-V, SharePoint, and many other topics. But, this time, we’ll be partnering with other vendors to highlight a broad array of technologies all in one place.

We’re also proud to announce that we’ve recently merged with an outstanding Kirkland area IT services company, Click Engineering. The acquisition of Click Engineering was finalized on February 1st. We look forward to servicing all of our new clients and are working with some of Click Engineering’s key personnel to make the transition a great one for everybody.

Northwest Computer Support will continue to maintain and build long-lasting, customer-friendly relationships through one-stop IT services in the Seattle area. Plus, stay tuned because we have plans of hosting an Extreme Technology Makeover in the Seattle area very soon.
